How do I contact ExactPour support?
Use the support form on this page, or email support@exactpour.com with your venue name, the email on your account, and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within one business day. Contractual response targets are in the service level agreement and apply to Pro, Scale, and Enterprise.
What can support help with?
Account access, billing and trials, inventory counting and scanning, POS connections, reports, iOS and Android app issues, privacy requests, and general product questions.
I use the ExactPour iOS or Android app. Where do I get help?

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Account owners can manage or cancel self-serve from Settings → Billing (Cancel subscription, or Manage billing for payment methods and invoices). Managers can view usage but only the owner can change the plan. For refunds or invoice questions, use the form below or review our refund and cancellation policy.
