Is there a free ExactPour plan?
Yes. Free is $0 forever for counting on one location. It does not include POS reconciliation.
Do I need a credit card to try ExactPour?
No. The signup trial is 14 days on Pro and does not require a card. Nothing is charged unless you add a payment method. If you have not used a trial, checkout of Starter, Pro, or Scale also includes 14 days before the first charge.
Which plan includes Toast sync?
Starter at $69 a month and up, and the trial. Free is counting only.
What does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves about two months versus paying month to month. Confirm the live total on this page before you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
Account owners cancel self-serve from Settings, Billing. Refund and cancellation terms are on the legal page linked from /contact.
How does the free scanner offer work?
Start a Pro or Scale plan by November 15, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Once your first payment clears (by December 15, 2026), we ship a wireless Bluetooth barcode scanner to your bar within 5 business days. It works with iPhone and Android and clips to the back of your phone. One per account and business address, US addresses only, while supplies last. Scanner shown is representative; model may vary. No cash value.
