ExactPour Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ExactPour LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on exactpour.com and within our applications. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and mobile SDK identifiers. These technologies help websites and applications function properly, remember preferences, understand usage patterns, and improve performance.
2. Categories of Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Authentication, session management, security (CSRF protection), load balancing, and core functionality. The Service cannot function without these. | Supabase authentication session cookies, CSRF tokens, load balancer cookies | Session or short-lived persistent |
| Functional | Remember user preferences such as selected location, display settings, or UI customizations. | UI preference storage (local storage or cookies) | Persistent |
| Analytics / Performance | Understand how users interact with the Service in aggregate so we can improve features, performance, and user experience. | Google Analytics (GA4), only when enabled and consented to where required | Persistent (typically 2 years, with IP anonymization where applicable) |
| Advertising measurement | Measure marketing-site campaigns after you choose Accept all. Not used inside the signed-in product. | Meta pixel, only when a pixel ID is configured and you have granted ads consent | Persistent, until you withdraw consent or clear cookies |
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising or retargeting unless you have granted consent where consent is required. Choosing Essential only on the cookie banner refuses that measurement.
3. Third-Party Cookies and Technologies
Some cookies and similar technologies are set by third-party service providers that help us deliver or analyze the Service (for example, analytics providers). These third parties may collect information about your use of the Service. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
For a current list of the third-party providers we use that may set cookies or process data via similar technologies, please see our public Subprocessors list.
4. Mobile Applications
Our mobile applications may use local storage, secure storage, device identifiers, or SDKs for similar purposes as cookies on the web (authentication, preferences, analytics, and crash reporting). These technologies are also governed by this policy and our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing Cookies and Your Choices
Most web browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or set preferences for certain websites. Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features of the Service.
Where required by applicable law (such as under the GDPR), we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies and provide a way to manage or withdraw your consent. You can typically adjust your cookie preferences through our cookie banner or in-app settings (where available).
You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, our practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Privacy Policy.
