These Disclaimers supplement the Terms of Service (Master Subscription Agreement) and apply to your use of the ExactPour Service.

1. Informational and Assistive Purposes Only

The Service provides inventory tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and related insights based on data you and your connected systems provide (scans, fill-level estimates, product data, POS integration data, recipes, and manual entries). All outputs are estimates, signals, and decision-support tools only. They are not guarantees of accuracy and do not replace physical inventory counts, manual verification, or professional judgment. The quality and reliability of outputs depend entirely on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of your inputs and integrations.

2. No Warranty of Accuracy or Completeness

ExactPour does not warrant that inventory counts, variance calculations, theoretical usage, cost figures, forecasts, anomaly detection, fill-level estimates, barcode lookups, OCR extraction, or AI-generated insights are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

Fill-level estimates, barcode scanning, and AI/OCR extraction are inherently approximate and can be affected by lighting, camera quality, user technique, product packaging, and other factors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and cross-checking all outputs against physical counts and other reliable sources before making business decisions.

3. Not Professional, Legal, or Regulatory Advice

The Service does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes such advice. You should consult qualified professionals for all legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory matters, including alcohol beverage licensing, taxation, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

4. Regulatory and Licensing Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing your business, including alcohol licensing, sales, service, advertising, tied-house rules, and record-keeping requirements. ExactPour is not responsible for any regulatory non-compliance, fines, penalties, or operational issues arising from your use of (or reliance on) the Service.

5. Third-Party Data and Integrations

Product catalog data, barcode information, pricing, and other data obtained through integrations (including POS systems such as Toast) may originate from or be provided by third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. ExactPour is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any third-party data or services.

6. AI and Automated Features

AI-powered features (including forecasting, anomaly detection, insights, document extraction, and automated recommendations) may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results, including "hallucinations." These features are assistive and informational only. They are not a substitute for human review and verification.

You should never rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for material business, financial, or compliance decisions. ExactPour does not allow a model provider to train on Customer Data unless you authorize that feature in writing. Always verify AI-generated content before acting on it.

7. No Liability for Inventory Discrepancies or Business Decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExactPour is not liable for inventory shrinkage, losses, discrepancies, over- or under-pouring, waste, theft, or any business decisions made in reliance on the Service (including forecasts, variance reports, or AI outputs).

Physical inventory counts and your own verification processes remain the authoritative record. Your remedies and ExactPour's liability are governed exclusively by the Terms of Service (including the limitations of liability and AI-specific disclaimers).
