ExactPour Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to the ExactPour Service are cancelled and when fees may be refunded. It forms part of the Terms of Service (Master Subscription Agreement).

1. Subscriptions and Billing Cycles

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup) and renew automatically for successive terms of the same length until cancelled in accordance with this policy.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@exactpour.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in this policy:

• Monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain full access until the end of that period.
• Annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term. You retain full access until the end of that period.

To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.

3. Refunds

• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in this policy or a written Order.
• We do not provide refunds, credits, or proration for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused usage quotas (including scan quotas).
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@exactpour.com within thirty (30) days of the charge date. We will investigate in good faith. If we confirm a billing error, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, typically within ten (10) to thirty (30) business days.
• Termination for cause by Customer. If you validly terminate for ExactPour's uncured material breach (Section 13.2 of the Terms of Service), we refund prepaid fees for the unused period after the termination date.
• Material change. If you validly terminate after a material change to pricing or core functionality under Section 15 of the Terms of Service, we refund prepaid unused fees for the period after termination.

4. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Nothing is charged unless you add a payment method. If you add a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan you selected and the fee is charged to that method. If you never add a payment method, the trial ends with nothing charged. If you move to the Free plan, your data is retained subject to Free plan limits. Trial data may be permanently deleted only if you do not continue on a Free or paid plan, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

5. Downgrades and Upgrades

• Upgrades take effect immediately. We may charge a prorated amount for the higher tier for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Downgrading may reduce available features, user seats, locations, or usage quotas. You are responsible for ensuring your usage fits within the lower plan's limits before the downgrade takes effect; data or functionality exceeding the new limits may become inaccessible.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices effective at your next renewal date. We will provide notice of any price increase before the renewal date (as described in the Terms of Service). Continuing your subscription after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

7. Non-Payment

If a payment fails or is declined, we may retry the charge, notify you, and may suspend or downgrade the Service until payment is successfully processed, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection or other rights you may have under applicable law.
